Judge Christine Krahulik is an experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate jurist who is ready to continue to serve Orange County as a Family Court Judge. With over two decades of experience in family court, Judge Krahulik has a deep understanding of the complex issues that families face in the courtroom. She will continue to ensure that every person who comes before her is treated with respect and dignity, and that they have meaningful access to justice.
Family Court
Judge Krahulik runs her Court room and calendar with efficiency and decorum. She takes the bench and calls her cases in a timely manner. Parties are provided with notice of dates and times for their appearances and can rely on knowing when their case will be heard. All parties that come before Judge Krahulik are given an opportunity to be heard, are treated with respect, and receive common sense, timely decisions on disputed matters.

As a Family Court Judge, Christine Krahulik has focused on ensuring that families have access to justice and that their voices are heard. She has extensive experience in family law and is committed to serving the best interests of children and families in Orange County.

Child Welfare
Judge Krahulik has a deep commitment to protecting the welfare of children and ensuring that they have access to the resources they need to thrive. Judge Krahulik chairs the Child Welfare Court Improvement Project (CWCIP) in Orange County working with county and statewide stakeholders to achieve permanency for children placed outside their homes due to neglect or abuse.

Domestic Violence
As a Family Court Judge, Christine Krahulik understands that domestic violence can have a devastating impact on children and families. She is committed to ensuring that victims and families exposed to domestic violence have access to the resources and protection they need to stay safe.

Adoptions & Guardianship
Family Court Judges help prospective parents, stepparents, grandparents, and others provide loving homes and stable families to children of all ages through legal adoption or guardianship proceedings. Judge Krahulik hosts National Adoption Day in Orange County every year. NAD celebrates adoption and helps raise awareness of the many children in foster care waiting for their forever homes through adoption.

Custody and Visitation
When households and relationships disrupt and end, Family Court Judges must decide the very difficult decision of the future relationship between the parents and children. Having experienced her own lived life experience, and as the mother of two grown children, Judge Krahulik understands the importance of co-parenting and the importance of a child’s right to have a relationship with both parents if safe for the child(ren).
