VOTER INFORMATION FOR NOV. 5TH GENERAL ELECTION
Qualifications to Register to Vote:

Be a United States citizen

Be 18 years old by December 31 of the year in which you file this form (note: you must be 18 years old by the date of the general, primary or other election in which you want to vote)

Reside at your present address at least 30 days before an election

Not be in prison for a felony conviction;

Not be adjudged mentally incompetent by a court;
-
Not claim the right to vote elsewhere

Voter Registration applications must be received by a board of elections to be eligible to vote in the General Election.

Last day for board of elections to receive early mail ballot application by letter, telefax, or through the early mail ballot request portal.

Last day for board of elections to receive absentee ballot application by letter, telefax, or through the absentee request portal.

Notices of change of address from registered voters must be received
NOVEMBER 4, 2024

Last day to apply IN-PERSON for early mail ballot.

Last day to apply IN-PERSON for absentee ballot.
NOVEMBER 5, 2024

Election Day

Last day to postmark ballot. Must be received by the local board of elections no later than November 12th.

Last day to deliver ballot IN-PERSON to the local board of elections or to any poll site in your county.
